SOMTA Taper pin Reamers are manufactured from premium European high speed steel (HSS) for effective durability and cutting performance. The HSS material SOMTA Taper pin Reamers are used to produce a close tolerance surface finish in taper holes to allow the fitting of hardened and ground taper pins. SOMTA Parallel hand reamers are designed accordingly to international standards of DIN 9 and BS 328.
