The story of VOLKEL is one of vision, growth, and family tradition:
1915 : The company’s roots go back to Tom Carrington & Co. Ltd., founded in the UK to manufacture threading tools.
1980 : Doris and Peter Völkel, together with partners, establish VÖLKEL KG in Germany, focusing on holding tools for threading.
1990 : A new era begins with the foundation of VÖLKEL GmbH, merging British and German expertise into a powerhouse for threading solutions.
2017 : VOLKEL moves into its state-of-the-art headquarters and logistics center in Remscheid, Germany, enhancing capacity and customer service for global distribution.
